Cranes from Japan, announces a new rear mount truck crane
installed on a 33,000 single rear axle chassis.
Until now, 15
ton cranes with a boom length of 82 feet had to be installed
on the more expensive tandem rear axle chassis. Why? They're
too heavy and they consume the legal capacity of the chassis.
The UR1504 provides 4500lbs. of hauling capacity on the recommended chassis
and because the chassis GVWR is 33000 the truck Federal Excise Tax (12%) is
not added. The annual cost of operation is smaller too. Like ...less fuel,
fewer tires, smaller license and highway fees, etc., And for those who need
less turf damage this lighter truck is the answer.
Like the single
axle installation, the UR1504 crane is impressive too. |
Heavy Lifting - Up High
This is the crane that can get the job done. 15 tons at a 4
foot radius, leaves plenty of power for all those jobs needing
lots of lift and height, industrial mechanical, tree removal
(big trees!) and construction where power and radius are necessary.
