MAX+ is a deployment state on new 200 Series machines. At full outrigger extension, the legs set to specific angles that put more rated capacity along one working axis. Capacity goes up where you are lifting. Same footprint. Same setup time. More capacity where it means the most.
The most significant engineering development on the 200 Series is MAX+. On the URW295, it is the same platform as before: the same physical size and the same outrigger footprint, with up to 56% more lifting capacity in key areas of the load chart. For a contractor, that means more capability with no change to the space required to set up, no change to transport, and no change to how the machine moves through a building.
Contractors consistently ask for more capacity or reach. MAX+ answers that by improving what an existing footprint can do. It is also available on new URW205 and URW095 machines.
MAX+ does not change short-radius capacity. Run the boom out, and the chart opens up. Numbers below are examples from the URW295 MAX+ load chart (4-part line, MAX-EXT).

Over the side, outriggers set to 65°. Over the front or rear, they set to 35°. Green is the working axis. Yellow is prohibited.
